   SouthPetroleum & Chemical Corporation comes in for and hands on its corporation culture of carving out business, innovation, improving profitablility pursuing reality, progress and development, continuingly expands the scope of business, annotates the concept of Sustainable Development according to outstanding Achievement, and tries hard to offer client satisfactory service. At present, the scope of South Petroleum& Chemical Corporation’s business covers purchase, marketing, transferring, storage, distribution & delivery of product oil, industrial fuel oil, and petrochemicals. It commits itself to carve out resource channel and marketing network of railway, waterway, and highway.

1．Trade
    Trade is the main business of Southernpec and mainly include the purchase, sale, agent, wholesale, retain and transferring delivery of various petrochemical products. Currently, the trade network covers the main areas and cities at home and abroad with quality suppliers, nearly 1000 partners, 5000 trade and terminal users, and the annual operation volume exceeds 4.8million tons with the sales volume reaching RMB 16 billion.


2．Production and Processing
    Southernped possesses the processing ability of refining production, the holding refining factory is equipped with fuel oil processing device, pressure relieving and viscosity reducing device, arene extracting device and solvent oil extracting device, and the annual processing and producing capacity on petrochemical products reaches 800,000 tons. Basing on reinforcing the lower stream, the company will continue to expand and develop the business of up stream energy industry.

3．Storage
   As the core element for infrastructure, Southernpec has constantly strengthened the general warehousing and distributing capacity. Currently, the company possesses 11 oil depots (excluding those which are under construction), 28constant rent storage areas, several temporary rent distributing bases and nearly 100 of various oil and chemical products storage tanks at home, and the general storage capacity exceeds 800,000m3, which has powerfully assured the operation of the general business.

4．Transporting and Distributing
    Foshan Huachuang Petrochemical Transportation Co., Ltd. and vehicle team of Southernpec possess 80 oil and chemical products transportation tank vehicles and barrel vehicles, and the transportation business and network cover throughout Guangdong Province and surrounding areas. The annual transportation and distribution volume exceeds 2 million tons. Through optimizing the management and service, Huachuang Petrochemical Transportation Co., Ltd. has ranked leading for special petrochemical transportation enterprises in Guangzhou and has set up outstanding
transportation brand and image.

5．Gas Station on Water
    Gas station on water is the special business of Southernpec. Currently, the company possesses 12 gas stations on water which are marked with "Sinopec" and logo of "Nanfan Oil" which are distributed in Dongping River Pingzhou Section, Nanzhuang Section, Xiaotang Section, Xijiang River Jiujiang Section, Sunde and Wushuiqu in the Pearl River Delta for providing convenient and timely oil supply and relevant service for ships on water.

6．Petroleum Exploration and Extraction
   As the developing of the down stream business, the company has gradually expanded the upper stream resource fields. In 2006, the company set up the Xinjiang Office for the jointly development and operation of upper steam petrochemical and mineral resources in northwest area. In May 2007, our company participated into the bidding of Philippines Offshore Oil Field, and jointly set up the  "Southernpec Philippines Co., Ltd." with Philippines WELLEX Group with the main businesses including oil field, coal mine exploration and extraction, development and petrochemical procucts.
